Making Joyful Noise: A Festive Service of American Holiday Music

Rev. Jacqueline Ziegler offers this service. Jessica Kuipers is the pianist and vocalist.

In this intergenerational festive service we’ll sing and listen to many of the lovely secular songs that have become traditional and sacred to the holiday season – songs such as “Let It Snow,” ”The Christmas Song” (Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire . . ) and “White Christmas.” I’ll share the stories about add the origins of some of these sacred songs. The real joy is the opportunity to unabashedly enjoy singing your holiday favorites.

SPECIAL NOTE: Because of the nature of this service, Time for All Ages and Joys, Concerns and Sorrows will not be offered during this service but will return in future services.
