Molly Brinkerhoff grew up a Unitarian Universalist in Cincinnati, Ohio. After leaving home she was unchurched for about 20 years. In 2000 she returned to the Unitarian Universalist faith here in Idaho Falls. She has been a member for almost 20 years. Over those 20 years Molly has held every position on the board, was membership chair for about 5 years, has been and currently is on the Worship Team for at least 15 of the 20 years and she is in charge of arranging for musicians. She is active in many other things around Idaho Falls but one of her favorites is the Idaho Falls Zoo where she volunteers.https://www.idahofallsidaho.gov/1230/Zoo

My wife and I retired to Idaho Falls in 2013. After a couple of years of projects around the new house, we sought out venues for meeting other people in the area with whom we might share values and viewpoints, which led us to the Unitarian Universalist Church in Idaho Falls, where we became members in 2015. I have had no previous affiliation with any faith or any religious organization before UUCIF. I have served on the church board and have participated in many UUCIF activities, from auctions to garage sales, to building maintenance projects. We’re really enjoying all of the new restaurants that have been coming to town, including my new favorite, Ketchum Burrito, onS. 25th. E, in the same shopping center as Dee Kitchen (great Thai food), and Tandoori Oven (one of two good Indian restaurants now in town). http://www.kbsburrito.com/menu/

Annette Barlow Lovell has been attending the UUCIF for 23 years and has been involved in worship most of those 23 years. She served on the board for a short time, but decided her focus should be on worship, which she loves, and believes to be the most important part of church life. Annette was the force behind the first annual auction fundraiser approximately 20 years ago and ran the auction successfully for 15 years before turning over the reins to others. She loves living in Idaho Falls and tries to takes advantage of all this vibrant community has to offer. Some of her favorite activities in town are the free concerts offered 2 to 3 times a week during the summer months and the Arts Festival held at the end of July. Annette loves to camp in the mountains close to home or float the Snake River as often as possible. She believes that it is through nature that we truly feed our souls and find peace. I have lived in Idaho Falls, off and on, since 1983. My husband is a scientist/engineer, retired from the INL. My daughter, also an engineer, is in graduate school. I worked as a freelance designer and graphic artist while in Idaho Falls. I began coming to the Unitarian Universalist Church in Idaho Falls in 2014. I have served on the board of trustees in several capacities, including as vice president and president. Informally, I have been the resident graphic artist for the church. I am also one of the founders of the Philosophical Society of the UUCIF. I am an Idaho Advanced Master Gardener and have served in that organization for several years. I like to get my hands dirty and I especially love trees-planting, tending, and hugging them. The Master Gardeners design and care for one of my favorite places in Idaho Falls, the Friendship Garden, a Japanese garden representing the friendship between IF and our sister city, Tokai Mura, Japan. https://www.onlyinyourstate.com/idaho/idaho-falls-secret-garden-id/

Liz Sharp-Marsden was raised in Idaho Falls. She attended University of Washington in Seattle, but returned to Idaho Falls to raise her family. She is married to a scientist who works at the INL and has three sons. She reinvented herself 7 years ago and changed careers to become a nurse practitioner. Recently she opened her own primary care practice. Ten years ago, she started to attended UUCIF where she quickly became a member and leader in the church. She served on the board for 5 years and during that time held the presidency and vice presidency. In addition, she has volunteered with REE and the building committee. She also led multiple annual pledge drives and service auctions. Although she loves the outdoors, one of her favorite places in Idaho falls is the Colonial Theatre. http://www.idahofallsarts.org
