When he was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1964, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. gave a speech titled, “The Quest for Peace and Justice,” in which he used the metaphor of “a great world house” in which we have to live together. Now, sixty years later, our “world house” seems as fractured as ever, perhaps even more so.
